The newest form of dental/vision services is the "discounted service" form. Growing in popularity, this form has no waiting periods, no maximum limit and often includes discounts on pharmacy and chiropractic services at no additional cost. A provider listed on the plan must be used. Dental discounts of up to 20-80% are common.
